Pinnacle Group provides housing, estates and facilities management services to a wide range of local authorities, social housing providers, schools and other public sector bodies. We employ over 2,200 people across the UK, directly managing 22,500 social housing homes and providing complimentary service to a further 450,000 homes, schools and public spaces.
Since Pinnacle PSG won its first contract to manage social housing for Westminster City Council, its role and involvement in community based services has grown considerably. Aware that public sector organisations need to continually deliver better value for money, Pinnacle PSG is committed to improving the performance of outsourced front line services at reduced costs. We continually challenge commissioning agents to offer stakeholders transparency and choice of service provider ensuring high satisfaction and lower costs are key deliverables.
At present, as one of only two private sector companies accredited by the Social Housing Regulator to manage social housing homes, Pinnacle PSG manages services to social housing clients as diverse as CityWest Homes, London Borough of Newham, London Borough of Lewisham, Liverpool Mutual Homes and Midland Heart Housing Association. Our service focuses on residents, offering high quality services that meet local needs while maintaining a high degree of social responsibility and overall community cohesiveness.
